Mahakarya Geo Survey, an offshore survey service company wich serves Oil and Gas, Mining, Submarine Telecommunication & Power Cable and Infrastructure Construction sector is looking for a candidate to fill the position as Human Resources Specialist.

We are looking for committed professional that could support the team in maintaining and enhancing our excellent Talent Management. He/She will work within a dynamic organization, closely collaborate with an outstanding team as well as drive people development.

Requirements :
- Possess a bachelor degree in Psychology.
- Have knowledge in HR Career Planing and metrics and measurement of HR such as Key Performance Indicator.
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
- Excel expertise is intermediate. Able to operate with formula and pivot table. Macro capability will be advantage.
- Able to work in our office (Jakarta Base).
- Familiar with full cycle recruiting.
- Have knowledge in job analysis, industrial relations & training, and development programs.
- Detail oriented, good communication and cooperation, and problem solving skill.
- A good understanding of HR tools.
