Pada bulan Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu, Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim), dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo) digabungkan ke dalam Bank Mandiri yang mulai beroperasi sebagai bank gabungan milik pemerintah Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 1999.
Salah satu pencapaian penting adalah penggantian secara menyeluruh platform teknologi. Bank Mandiri mewarisi sembilan sistem perbankan dari keempat ‘legacy banks’. 1. Technical Support - Monitoring Team
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge and deep using of monitoring tools system
• This resource will work closely with the production support team (L2) to ensure operational process of applications
• Working in a collaborative, team environment
• Ability to learn the process and business flow of applications
• Ability to analyze, escalate, and investigate any kind of error or anomaly that happens related to applications
• Ability to explain the detail of problem for either business or technical issues related to applications
Kualifikasi Minimum:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• Have 3-5 years of working experience in related field, preferably in banking / financial institution
• Having knowledge in using various monitoring tools like Stackify, Amplitude, Elastic, Appdynamic, etc.
• Possess good communication skills and a strong team player working in a multi-culture environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, team player with a proactive approach
• Having high awareness and curiosity for any kind of signal or alert that appear in the monitoring system
• Fast learner and discipline
• Willing to work in shift for 24x7
2. Technical Specialist - Senior Android Front End Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Deliver well-defined small to medium complexityandroid mobile features regularly
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Liaise with the product development team to plan new features
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Debug and fix issues in development, test, and production.
• Participate in software design for features and bug fixes.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Kualifikasi Minimum
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• 4 years of experience in android development
• Proficient in Kotlin, Data structures & algorithms.
• Experience with online, offline storage, multithreading, memory management, background services, threading, FCM and performance tuning.
• Should have a good understanding of cloud message APIs, push notification and In App Purchase or any payment gateway
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Strong attention to detail in UX & interactions and demonstrated experience and passion for delivering exceptional UX
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences fluently in Bahasa Indonesia & English
3. Technical Specialist - DevSecOps Azure Stack
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Design, develop, and implement appropriate monitoring, logging, and telemetry solutions based on the system design and business usage
• Design, develop, code, test, and deliver resilient software to automate manual operational work
• Strong collaboration skills to be able to work across team to drive integrations in a hybridcloud environment
• In depth knowledge of microservices and service-oriented architecture
• Experience working with end users or developer communities
• Maintaining configuration across services
• Assisting in routine health check and capacity planning / review
Kualifikasi Minimum:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• Must have at least 3 years work experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Must have at least 2 years software development with C# and .NET eco-system
• Must have been experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines for automating software releases for Microsoft Azure cloud services such as Web App Service, WebJobs, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service
• Programming and scripting languages required: C#, YAML, T-SQL, HCL Knowledge working with RESTful APIs, distributed microservices based architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, team player with a proactive approach
• Possess good communication skills and a strong team player working in a multi-culture environment
• Organized and familiar with technical documentations, building workflows and diagrams
• Must be able to work independently on a given project as well as within a team
• Demonstrate understanding or keen interest in latest technologies
• Azure Certification is a plus.
4. Technical Specialist - Senior .NET Backend Developer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Assisting Team Lead to define system architecture and specifications for cutting-edge features related to our current & future products
• Participate in all stages of product development from analysis, design, development, production, and maintenance
• Effectively collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and workstreams
• Work effectively in an Agile environment following and practicing Scrum processes
• Write good clean code for front-end and backend
• Assist in code reviews and testing processes, procedures and plans
• Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives and corporate initiatives as requested
• Providing accurate impact analysis of changes made for both new requirement or change requirement.
• Providing assistance and insight on incident in production environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• Solid understanding of .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#
• Deep knowledge of HTML, Javascript, JQuery, Css. Telerik.
• Deep knowledge of database sharding and implement in application level (MS-SQL).
• 2 years experience with ASP.NET/VB.NET/.NET Core
• 4 years experience in .NET Core with experience in azure cloud / kubernetes platform.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Ability to design and optimize database (MSSQL) stored procedures.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible teamplayer.
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
5. Lead Software Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge of the full technology stack — from server-side to client-side components
• This resource will work closely with the product managers to ensure successful operational development of new functions while maintaining business continuity of existing functions
• Join requirements gathering and interaction with stakeholders
• Working in a collaborative, team environment
• Design and development of interaction with Web APIs
• Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate and manage software development and must be familiar with all the policies, procedures and technical issues related to software programming
• Create a unified team environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
• Lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal team members or external team members to deliver serviceable, reliable, and scalable solutions
Kualifikasi Minimum
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
• At least 5+ years of working experience in Software Development building Web Applications, API and in which at least 2+ years in Azure.
• At least 4+ years of experience in developing applications using C#, MVC, Web API technologies.
• At least 2+ years of experience in building applications for Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing design.
• Possess good communication skills and a strong team player working in a multi-culture environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, team player with a proactive approach
• Azure Certification, experience in POS System is a plus
