Saat ini PT Hexa Prima Energy kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.
1. ADMIN HRGA- SITE PROJECT
Qualification:
- Female, Age 22-30 Years
- Education Min. S1- Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management
- Experience Min. 1 Year in Human Resource Development
for Oil and Gas Company / Petroleum Mining
- Mastering and able to operate computers, especially in mastering Ms Office (Excel/Word)
- Can speak English (Active)
- Can work under pressure
- Understanding and mastering psychological tests is a plus
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Can work individually or as a team
- Able to working overtime
- Able to working with targets and under pressure
- Honest, Thorough and Discipline
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan (Project RDMP)
Main, Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create and Submit Cash Advance and Expense Project
- Manage PKWT/PKWTT Man Power Project
- Recording the Daily Work Report of HRGA Project Activities
- Ensure that BPJS Employment and Health Man Power Project is registered
- Liaise with the Local Manpower Office for coordination related to industrial relations (if needed)
- Create Man Power/Employee Data Project
- Create Payroll Man Power Project
- Reporting Data Related to HRGA Project Administration
- Meet the needs of the Man Power Project such as (Food, Clothing, Shelter) in accordance with company policy
- Manage the Extension of Rent for Ruko / Mess Man Power Project
- Manage Mess Maintenance (Electricity, Water, and Wifi/Internet)
- Manage and find vendors for vehicles in Project
- Helping the project manager in finding materials needed in the project, etc.
- Reporting the results of monthly duties and responsibilities to the HRGA Project Head Office Jakarta
2. PIPING ENGINEER
Qualification:
- Male, Age 22-35 Years Old
- Education Min. S1- Mechanical Engineering/ Drilling Engineering/ D4 Piping Engineering
- Experience Min. 3 Years in Piping Engineering
- Have a technical understanding in the field of project design
- Mastering and able to operate AutoCad (3D) or 3D Modeling software
- Able to read isometric drawings
- Have an understanding in the field of piping materials
- Can speak English (Active)
- Can work under pressure
- Can work individually or as a team
- Able to working overtime
- Able to working with targets and under pressure
- Honest, Thorough and Discipline
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan (Project RDMP)
Main, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting daily painting and blasting spool updates to the Project Manager in the form of an excel database
- Responsible for pipe installation and repair during the project site
- Reporting activities and progress of work in the field to the Project Site and Project Manager
- Control and monitor man power sub contractors related to pipeline work at the project site
- Ensure that the power spool control man can carry out his duties and responsibilities in accordance with what should be done
- Responsible for the work produced in accordance with the target / agreement with the client
- Willing to do other work assigned by the Project Manager, especially those related to spool/pipe at the project site
