1. Mechanical Technician
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant major (preferably mechanical engineering)
- Prove work experience as a marine mechanic
- Knowledge of marine engine and electrical auxiliary systems
- High-level welding skills
- Knowledge of marine hydraulic systems and related parts
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work at sea
- Knowledge of boat steering systems
Job Description :
- Travelling to marina or dock where the vessel is located
- Testing the perfomance of marine engines and electrical systems
- Carrying out services and minor repairs ou outboard, inboard and ship engines
- Conduction plumbing and intake repairs
- Troubleshooting engine and electrical problems
- Replacing broken or warm out engine parts
- Repairing faulty hydraulic and steering systems
- Conducting electrical AC system maintenance
-Completing service records and repair documents
2. Crewing Manager
Requirement :
- Education : D3 Shipping/S1 Management, Maritime studies/shipping
- Experience : > 5 years experience
- Knowledge, skill, attitude : Ms Excel, able to work independentlyas well as teams
- Domicile or willing to be placed in Jakarta
Job Description :
- Plan, supervise, control and analyze the needs of the ship's crew by coordinating with all related parties, both internal and external parties
- Plan and monitor the implementation of systems/procedures/manuals both systems in the office or crew systems on ships and take corrective actions (improvement) if needed
- Ensuring the crewing department can function optimally, work efficiently and effectively, and meet the targets set by the company
- Conduct interview, selection and training for office crew staffand ship crews
- Coordinate with the technical managers and operational managers regarding reviews/assesments for recruited crews to ensure that the standarts set by the company are met
- Actively planning and contributing to the achievement of the company's overall strategics and aperational goals
- Actively contribute and participate in preventing or overcoming special problems faced by the company, relate to crew jump ship, fuel misappropriation, ship maintenance, etc
- Maintain good relations with all parties so as to add value to the company as awhole
3. Port Captain
Requirement :
- Max. 50 years old, 5 years as a master on AHTS vessel, and 5 years experience in office (on land)
- Proficient in English
- A diploma or bachelor's degree preferably in MaritimeStudies min. ANT-II or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AHTS vessel and transportation industry
- Perform inspection of vessel on repair and maintenance standarts and prosedure
- Ability to deal with other using courtesy, tact and good judgement
- Must be familiar with ship, terminal/refinery operations
Job Description :
- Ensure all ship operational activities run smoothly, such as ship permits, ship's daily needs (fuel, FW, spare parts, etc)
- Bridges internal and external parties (clients)
- Monitor VDR/ship daily activities and ensure that vessels operate nicely
- Ensure that the SOP, PMS, and fuel of vessel is carried out properly

- Knowledge, skills, attitude : Internal Audit, ISM COde, ISPS, MLC, Incident Investigation DPA Certification
Job Description
- Bridging the relationship between the company and the crew
- Maintain, and have improved the existing SMS and ISPS on ships and land offices as well as fulfillment of Classification for ship certifications
- Follow up and update programs for continous implementation af the Safety Management System
- Monitoring various safety aspects as well as efforts to prevent pollution from routine and experimenttal ship operations, and SMS document control
- SMS FAmiliarization and Training Coordinator
- Coordinate Management Review/Management Review
- Leading the emergency response team
- Monitor the implementation of the safety drill& safety meeting on the ship
- Coordination of external audit implementation (Certification)
- Work instruction, SMS forms, as well as checking, approving the implementation of procedures distributing SMS, coordinating proposals for document changes
5. technical Manager
Requirement :
- Bachelor of Marine Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Maximum of 5 years sailing experience as Chief engineer, preferably AHTS or Hp 3700 kw
- Has experience as Chief Mechanic who regulates maintenance and repair of ships for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience of the Naval Architecture Manager or Assistant Manager of mechanical engineering 3 years
- Having a Technical Expert Certificate, preferably a Level 1 Technician with a minimum of ATT 2
- Proficient in English
Job Description :
- Responsible & Provide consultation to Executive Management on all matters relating to the maintenance and technical repairs of the ship's fleet
- Develope audit program techniques to ensure that companypolicies are carried out by the team safely and reliably
- Review and monitor engineering expenses so that repair and maintenance costs can be efficient andeffective
- Build and provide support in the Development of Technical Team in carryingout their responsibilities
- Coorporate with customers on inspection of technical and operational
- Make regular visits to the ship
- Collaborate with Technical Superintendent & Port Engineer for vessel maintenance & repair, etc
