PT Adaro Logistics (AL) mengelola sejumlah perusahaan yang membentuk pilar logistik Grup Adaro, yang beroperasi untuk memperkuat rantai pasokan grup dari tambang sampai pembangkit listrik dengan menjaga biaya dan proses mengangkut batu bara dari pelabuhan muat sampai pelabuhan bongkar tetap terkendali. AL didirikan untuk mendukung perusahaan Grup Adaro lainnya dengan memastikan bahwa pengiriman batu bara mereka tiba di lokasi pelanggan sesuai jadwal, spesifikasi, dan kualitas yang disepakati. 1. Radio Operator & Operation Admin
Job Responsibilities :
• Conducting communication activities via radio and recording for information that needs to be distributed to internal and external parties involved in the field in barge-to-barge coal transfer activities in port management aspects
• Writing and compiling reports on operational activities and preparing other administrative documents
• Ensuring and informing the condition of the shipping lanes both for ships in B2B and ships crossing the shipping lanes
Job Requirements :
• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Any Major preferably have Operator Radio Umum Certificate
• Have at least 2 years of working experience as Administration or in the related field in similar industries
• Knowledgeable about the Shipping & Marine practice and documents
• Proficient in MS Office
• Have good communication skills
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan
2. HSE Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :
• Carry out management, supervision and continuous improvement in the application of the principles of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment (K3LH) so that the work process on barge to barge transfer (B2B) activities can run safely and comply with applicable regulations.
Job Requirements :
• Minimal S1 majoring in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimal have 3 years experience in Health, Safety & Environment Field in industries with a high risk of work accidents
• Have Ahli K3 Umum and Penanggung Jawab Pengendalian Pencemaran Air Certificate
• Have experience & ability in handling auditor ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan
3. Maintenance Foreman
Job Responsibilities :
• Responsible for planning, monitoring & implementation processes and documentation & reporting for maintenance activities
• Perform asset management functions on assets under maintenance such as Maintenance jetty, building, electricity, pump, etc.
Job Requirements :
• Minimal D3 majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field in Port Industry or other similar industries
• Have competence in Port Maintenance
• Have Basic Life Support & Basic Fire Fighter Certificate
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan
4. Administration Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :
• Responsible for coordinating port supporting needs starting from the procurement and purchasing of goods/services, finance, HR&GA, compliance, extrel, and Port IT/IS with supporting functions from the AL group
• Develop administrative systems, procedures & operations and supervise the implementation of services and maintenance in offices and camps (including the procurement and use of inventory/office facilities).
Job Requirements :
• Minimal D3 in Any Major preferably majoring in Business Administration
• Have at least 2 years of working experience as Administration or in the related field in similar industries
• Knowledgeable about the regulation and administration of shipping and harbor
• Proficient in MS Office
• Have good communication skills
• Able to work shift
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan
5. Port Section Head
Job Responsibilities :
• Leading and being responsible for the port management function both in operational activities and supporting activities for AL barge to barge coal transfer activities
• Responsible for all B2B operations (PJO) both operational and supporting
• Dredging Project Coordinator
• Ensuring the availability and continuity of work procedures (SOP) of each personnel
Job Requirements :
• Minimum ANT III or A.Md majoring in Port Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Port Section Head or in the related position in similar industries
• Have an excellent Port Management and Shipping & Marine Practice
• Have competence in Berthing unberthing and Loading arrangement
• Able to work shift
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan
6. Contract Management Staff
Job Responsibilities :
• Review and draft various commercial contracts to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory and internal policies, also ensure that Company’s group interests are protected
• Provide commercial support and advices to all department and management
• Review and advice management on implications of any contracts entered by Company’s group
• Maintain contracts register and monitor the validity of contracts / agreements
• Prepare and maintain register of corporate approvals
• Liaise with Group’s legal team for procurement contract finalization
• Maintain procurement compliance to regulations and internal policies
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree any major, preferably majoring in Law
• Have minimum 1 years in Corporate Legal, Commercial and/or Contracts Management
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably have exposure in Contract Management and Tender Management
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
7. Strategic Procurement Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :
• Supervise and carry out the procurement of goods/work tools/spare parts/services in accordance with the applicable plans, specifications, policies and procedures to ensure that goods and services are available on time, in accordance with the quality and quantity that have been determined in order to support the company’s operational activities.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Shipping Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Coal & Fuel Industry or other similar industries
• Able to supervise and conduct vendor selection by evaluating price offers
• Have an excellent negotiation & communication skill
• Have competence in procurement & project management
8. Chartering Staff
Job Responsibilities :
• Implementation of ship chartering activities so that they can be carried out on time at the optimum price.
• Ensuring that the sourcing process runs in accordance with the Company’s SOPs, is good and auditable while still upholding Integrity.
• Controlling and ensuring the best procurement scheme for the needs of the internal group.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and internal departments.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), prefebly majoring in Industrial or Mechanical or Shipping Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in Procurement in the same or related position in Coal & Fuel Industry or other similar industries
• Having knowledge in vessel chartering
• Having good negotiation, communication skills, and analytical thinking
9. Strategic Procurement Staff
Job Responsibilities :
• To handle the process of purchasing goods and services in accordance with the procedures
• To coordinate with the user on demand of goods or services with suppliers on the supply and delivery of goods
• To processing on daily routine procurement tender activities
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Mechanical or Shipping Engineering
• Having negotiation skills, communication, coordination, and analytical thinking
• Deep knowledge in handling tender support for mining especially in construction
• Having 1 years experience in the same or related position
