We "PT Jawa Satu Power" are looking for a New Family member with the details:


1. Human Resource & General Affairs Manager

Job Requirements:

• Has a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or other relevant fields, or an equivalent amount of work experience

• 10 years experience in Human Resources and 5 years experience as an HRGA Manager

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian labor laws and other statutory, procedures, practices, functions, and processes preferably those relevant to the energy/power generation industry

• Substantial knowledge and understanding of Social Security and Income Tax Regulations

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of both developmental (strategic) and operational Human Resource practices

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Industrial Relations

• Excellent leadership skills are proven in an industrial environment

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Compensation and Benefits matters pertaining to local as well as foreign workers

• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of payroll-related programs and processes

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of General Affairs strategies, programs, and procedures

• Excellent personality and good communication skills internally and externally.

• The ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, English and Bahasa Indonesia


 
2. Warehouse Supervisor
 
Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar supervisory position

•Minimum of 5 years experience in the warehouse at power industry or similar industry with 24/7 operations

• Required skills: Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Logistics, Receiving, Distribution and Planning Management, ERP (SAP and Maximo), ISO, 5R, Leadership, Communication, Analytical thinking

• Able to create and develop an SOP for the Warehouse Operations and familiar with the relevant business process for the Power Plant’s Warehouse or similar industry

• Knowledge of typical safety and environmental requirement for the storage of hazardous materials

• Knowledge of Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting the overall activity of warehouse operations

• Knowledge of commercial processes and budgeting system

• Experience with the implementation of computerized Accounting systems & Maintenance Management Systems, inventory control, and warehouse management systems

• Good communication in English both oral and written is mandatory

• Placement : Cilamaya, Kabupaten Karawang

Possess excellent team-building skills
