In this role you will be responsible for proper job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew
As a Field Operator Wireline, you will be responsible for
• Maintaining the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties
• training junior operators
• Maintaining records and communications as required by District Manager
• Ensuring compliance of all Federal, Country, State, Local and WLE regulations applicable to WL Explosives operations
• Driving company vehicles in a safe manner
• Observing all Company and government regulations and arrive at well site or other designated destination at scheduled time
• Participating actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to ballistics operations
• Promoting and maintains good customer relations
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a High school diploma or equivalent (With Minimum of 5 years of experience )
• Industry experience and product line training required
• General knowledge of basic oil and gas industry
• Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills
