PT ODG Indonesia can trace its origins back to O’Donnell Griffin which has over 100 years of experience as an electrical contractor in Australia and New Zealand. Following the acquisition of O’Donnel Griffin and Wormald by Tyco International in late 1990, we became part of the multinational conglomerate and were renamed PT ODG Wormald Indonesia in 1994, focusing on our core business of electrical, mechanical and fire services.
PT ODG Indonesia was retained by Tyco in 2004 when the group sold its Australian and New Zealand contracting and maintenance operations, it remained with Tyco until 2011, when the management acquired the company in an MBO supported by the private equity firm Aureos, at which point the company returned to its original name of PT ODG Indonesia. HSE Officer
Responsibilities and Duties :
• Provide and collect data or documents needed for implementation of Occupational Health Safety program such as but not limited to: safety talk program, induction program, safety simulation, and any similar occupational health safety events.
• Create, socialize, and provide the safety program as required on occupational health and safety standard and company regulation as well.
• Collect the danger risk data then record data based on workplace incident occurred.
• Create the report periodically which contains safety event and occupational health and safety plan such as the hazard risk report and/or work incident report.
• Check and monitor tools quality and the equipment completeness, including provide the safety signs at work environment.
• Any other reasonable duties as directed by the management or by own initiative within known skills, knowledge and capabilities.
Job Spesification :
• Minimum graduated from Diploma, preferable from public health or occupational health and safety major.
• Preferable 2 years experienced in relevant field as HSE Officer or fresh graduate with consideration are welcome.
• Ability in using a basic program computer such as Microsoft, Photoshop, and Corel.
• Preferable having Ahli K3 Umum certification or any specified certificate needed in the job specialization, as required by the job’s demand and/or compliance to law regulations.
• Have a communication skill, including preferable in English.
