HR Officer
Requirement:
• Min Diploma Degree
• Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
• Min 2years experience for the Training Coordinator/Officer role or equivalent position
• Having experience to do the training analysis, develop the training plan, organize and monitor the execution of the training program
• Preferably domicile in Bintan Island or other area in Riau Island province
• Having knowledge to maintain the training and employee competency record
• Having hands-on experience to coordinate with various external training provider
