We have an opening for a Field Service Technician in our facility in Hockenheim, Germany. This person will be responsible for the installation, removal, repair and maintenance of electrical submersible pumps (ESP) and horizontal pumping system equipment (HPS) at customer well sites. The support area includes Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.Position :

Background / Qualification includes:
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the upstream oil & gas industry preferably with ESP (electric submersible pumps).
• Very good English.
• Good communication and organization skills, including attention to detail.
• PC skills, including experience using MS Office, Word, Excel etc.
• Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to define problems.
• Willing to travel on a short notice.
• Must be capable of multi-tasking, self-motivated and have the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
• Installation and deinstallation of electric submersible pumps and horizontal pumping systems.
• Variable frequency drive installation, operation and programming.
• Commissioning of the pumping systems incl. mechanical and electrical components.
