ARTIFICIAL LIFT FIELD SPECIALIST


Job Summary

The AL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The AL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.


Relationships:

Directly reports to the PSD Manager.


Responsibilities:

Candidate's duties may include the following:

  • • Preparing and Function testing of Artificial Lifts Equipments in the workshop and in the field, not limited to, ESP, PCP and Gas lifts

  • • Responsible for HSE and Service Quality of job delivery in the wellsite as job supervisor.

  • • Preparing artificial lifts string and calculations
  • Communicating issues and ability to troubleshoot of artificial lifts equipments

  • • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Responsible for service delivery execution.

  • • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

  • • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

  • • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

  • • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

  • • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

  • • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

  • • Maintain the required safety training.

  • • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • • Associates Degree in an Engineeering Field

  • • Minimum 3 years experience with ESP, PCP and Gas lifts

  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • • Good problem-solving abilities, proactive, fast learner, good organizational and time management skills.
