1. Remanufacture Engineer
Job Description:
• Calculating and designing production capacity
• Perfoming production process planning
• Creating improvements related to remanufacture process
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical, Industrial, or
• Metallurgical Engineering
• Capable of using Solidwork or AutoCAD
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Ms. Visio
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
2. Material Preparation Engineer
Job Description:
• Create effective & efficient design process and standard operational procedure and give an assistance on material preparation process
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineer
• Capable of using Solidwork, Pro E & AutoCAD tools
• Have knowledge and skills on mechanical process & technical drawing
• Have good communication & analutical thinking skills
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
3. Design Engineer
Job Description:
• Make a complete and detailed product design
• Ensure that the product can be produced and meet customer needs by considering quality, time and cost
Requirements:
• Bachelor majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Capable of using to use 3D design software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.
• Capable of doing Finite Element Analysis
• Have good communication skills, fast learner, and proactive
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
4. Jig & Fixture Designer
Job Description:
• Designing jig & fixture
• Monitoring the jig & fixture production process
• Improving existing jig & fixture design
Requirements:
• Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Solidworks & AutoCAD
• Capable of using Ms. Office
• Capable of doing Finite Element Analysis
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
5. Production Planning and Control (PPC)
Job Description:
• Develop and implement Quality Procedure & Policy to ensure that all production meet predetermined Quality standards
Requirements:
• Diploma degree majoring in Engineering
• Attention to detail and has idealism in the implementation of aspects of quality
• Willing to be placed accross Indonesia.
6. Quality Officer
Job Description:
• Develop and implement Quality Procedure & Policy to ensure that all production meet predetermined Quality standards
Requirements:
• Diploma degree majoring in Engineering
• Attention to detail and has idealism in the implementation of aspects of quality
• Willing to be placed accross Indonesia.
7. Inventory Analyst
Job Description:
• Supporting, monitoring, and controlling Raw Material Parts readiness and inventory for production needs
• Assisting in solving problems regarding Raw Material Parts fulfilment for production needs
• Supporting the fulfillment of Consumable Goods’s need for all Plant.
Requirements:
• Diploma degree majoring in Engineering
• Capable of using Ms. Office (Ms.Word, Ms. Excel, & Ms. Powerpoint)
• Have good communication skills and ability to think analytically
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
8. Command Center
Job Description:
• Research and manage information/ conclusions/ insights from existing data systematically from the company’s ERP system
• Conduct and formulate periodic reviews of the developed dashboard
• Provide suggestion or recommendations on business operations based of the results of data processing
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have the ability to think analutically and systematically
• Proficient in ERP and Data Management
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
9. Support & Controller Head (Administration Dept. Head)
Job Description:
Coordinate, implement, and control all administration department activities effective and efficient according to:
• Asset Management
• Finance, Cashflow, and Accounting Management
• Human Resource Management
• Environment, Safety, and Healthy Management
• Internal and External Relation Management
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Accounting
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Have good knowledge and skill according to people, finance, accounting
• Have good analytical thinking, communication and coordination skills in a team

10. PPC – Cost Control Staff
Job Description:
Coordinate, implement and control all production plant activities effectively and efficiently, related to cost control, which includes:
• Check the elements forming the cost before carrying out the technical completed (TeCo)
• Analyzing differences in standard costs (Bill Of Materials, routing)
• Prepare a cost variance analysis report (on the difference between standard vs actual)
• Availability of WIP
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Have a good knowledge according to cost control
• Have good analutical thinking
• Placement: Cikarang, Jawa Barat
11. Organization Development Associate
Job Description:
• Creating an organizational structure in accordance with the companu’s business processes
• Conducting job evaluation & analysis related to job description
• Create competency matrix
• Carry out performance management

12. Internal Auditor
Job Description:
• Perform annual audit work plan by focusing on risky areas to test and evaluate the implementation of internal controls in accordance with company policies
• Conduct Desk Audit / Pre Audit and Field Audit
• Compile and make a report on the results of the audit and submit the report to the President Director
• Follow up on audit results, and perform special inspections if there is a request from the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting or Industrial Engineering
• Adaptive and able to learn new things
• Have an understanding of business processes & risk management
• Understand basic tools & audit techniques
• Proficient in using SAP system
• Have good analytical thinking & problem solving skills

Job Description:

14. Corporate Reporting
Job Description:
• Analyze the companu’s Financial Statements
• Prepare various reports starting from ASPACK, BAPEPAM, BPS, & Management Review, and ensure that all reports can be submitted on time
• Collaborate with the Finance department regarding the preparation of reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
• Proficient in Ms.Excel
• Familiar with SAP
• Understand PSAK
• Having strong analytical skills
