FIELD SPECIALIST TRAINEE
The Field Specialist Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD* to Customers. The Field Specialist Trainee identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum High School and 2 to 3 years' Technical College Associate Degree.
• Experience with installation of lower completions for sand control involving troubleshooting during sand control hardware operations
• Experience in installations and troubleshooting in Upper completion installations and accessories including safety valves, isolation valves control lines and production packers.
• Standalone competency mandatory for installation and troubleshooting for sub-surface safety valves, isolation valves, dual strings, tubing/wireline retrievable systems, non-intervention and -mechanical packers, flow control equipment, permanent downhole gauges, intelligent completion, fiber optic technology in land and deep offshore environment including floater facilities. .
• Standalone competency mandatory for gravel-pack packers, crossover tools, gravel-pack screens with alternate path and other lower completion hard ware and sub-assemblies with respect to installation, trouble shooting and basic maintenance in vertical , extended reach and deviated well both for open and cased hole completions in land and deep water environment including floater facilities.
• Computer literate and basic level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English language with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must be able to work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
