Field Specialist - Artificial Lift

As Field Specialist you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity / quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields.

As a Field Service, you'll participate in all technical events, including supporting the BH contract engineering team, collaborating with information regarding the services provided.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Acting as on site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and account managers.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
• Completing all job documentation and conducting a worksite review and debrief the internal team.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools
• Setting up and starting Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD's.
• Providing on-the-job training to team members.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Minimum of Diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 3 years of Artificial Lift Experience
• Have the ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
• Have experience with leading ESP installations and commissioning.
• Have experience in CENtrilift Motor Controllers and VSD's.
• Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.
