Produknya termasuk excavator, bulldozer, motor grade, wheel loader, truk, traktor, scrapers, road reclaimer, pipelayers, wheel dozers, material handlers dan mesin sektor kehutanan. Excavator CAT kelas 20 – ton yang dibuat di Indonesia dijual ke sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, konstruksi dan pertanian pasar di seluruh Indonesia. Pabrik di Cileungsi yang dibuka pada 1982 difokuskan memproduksi excavator dan skidder. Perusahaan menyetujui rencana memproduksi tiga kali lipat excavator di lokasi tersebut dari kapasitas awal sebesar 1.290 unit per tahun.

Saat ini PT Caterpillar Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan di tempatkan.
Posisi:
1. Manufacturing Engineering Torque
As Manufacturing Engineer (Torque), you will provide expertise in Assembly areas of the manufacturing process to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective manufacture of products. This is a staff position that is expected to function as a specialist with respect to a specific technical phase of the planning function and which falls within the major areas of releasing, assembly process, layout, work standards, and manufacturing development. Work assignments may be specialized in nature but may also be broad-based with coordination between other staff personnel to complete a larger project.
The successful candidate must bring:
• Good proficiency in English.
• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.
• Understanding hydraulic schematics, diagrams, and torquing process.
2. Manufacturing Engineering Assembly (Entry Level)
As Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly), you will provide expertise in Assembly areas of the manufacturing process to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective manufacture of products. This is a staff position that is expected to function as a specialist with respect to a specific technical phase of the planning function and which generally falls within the major areas of releasing, assembly process, layout, work standards, and manufacturing development. Work assignments may be specialized in nature but may also be broad-based with coordination between other staff personnel to complete a larger project.
The successful candidate must bring:
• Good proficiency in English.
• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
• 3D design proficiency using design software like Creo, SolidWorks, etc.
• Basic programming skills.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
3. Manufacturing Engineering Fabrication (Entry Level)
As Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication), you will apply engineering principles and practices toward improving manufacturing processes. You may be directly involved in the development and production process or provide advice and recommendations when needed. Experience shall consist of the design, application, or operation of welding facilities that fabricate welded products. Fabricated products may be covered by international, customer, or internal standards or specifications.
The successful candidate must bring:
• Fluency in English.
• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
• 3D (3 Dimension) design proficiency using design software like Creo, SolidWorks, etc.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing).
4. Manufacturing Engineering Fabrication
As Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication), you will apply engineering principles and practices toward improving manufacturing processes. You may be directly involved in the development and production process or provide advice and recommendations when needed. Experience shall consist of the design, application, or operation of welding facilities that fabricate welded products. Fabricated products may be covered by international, customer, or internal standards or specifications.
The successful candidate must bring:
• Fluency in English.
• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related role.
• 3D design proficiency using design software like Creo, SolidWorks, etc.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Able to develop work plan or standard operating procedure which consists of how to do work with safety, quality, and specified time required.
