Posisi:
1. Artificial Lift Superintendent
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in engineering preferably Petroleum Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in artificial lift operations (ESP and Sucker Rod Pump) equipped with good understanding of ESP manufacturing aspects and 5 years of experience in leadership position. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in designing, optimizing, troubleshooting, analyzing (DIFA) and improving artificial lift run lives. Prior experience in installing, dismantling and rebuilding artificial lift units is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in implementing all standards and procedures in oil and gas field operations (including well completion, well intervention, ESP/SRP and production operations).
• Strong understanding of business processes with attention to details in provision (including ESP parts sourcing, assembling, testing and QA/QC), installation and operation of artificial lift equipment. Prior ESP equipment manufacturing and testing experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of ESP and SRP parts, equipment and functions.
• Six Sigma training or equivalent quality training is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and to lead teams through changes.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in organization).
• Excellent proficiency in English.
2. HSE Superintendent
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering graduate with minimum 10-years of experience in managing Oil and Gas Operations and Maintenance and 10-years in HSE position. The candidate should have broad hands-on experienced on technical operation both production & maintenance as a back ground and having very solid/strong understanding HSE regulation/compliance/program and its implementation. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in managing operations and maintenance activities.
• Hands-on experience in supervising the implementation of HSE policy, program, and best practices at Oil and Gas Field Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE management system, best practices, HSE Risk Assessment, Waste Management, Safety Audit and Inspection, and updated GOI regulation.
• Hands-on experience in conducting environmental study and environmental permitting process of AMDAL and UKL/UPL.
• Hands-on experience in conducting PROPER assessment and implementation.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Advance project management skill.
• Advance technical problem solving skill.
• Advance data analysis skill.
• Advance communication and coordination skill.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Drilling Operation System).
• English literate.
3. Mechanical Engineer
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Company. Working location is in Jakarta Office
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of oil and gas processing and its equipment.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical engineering design and implementation for maintaining facilities integrity and reliability.
• Excellent knowledge of QA / QC procedure and practice.
• In-depth knowledge of oil & gas business process and applicable procedures.
• Advance knowledge of applicable upstream oil & gas standard, business process, and HSE practices.
• Familiar with qualified contractors and experienced in contract management.
• Advance project management skill.
• Excellent knowledge of workflow in preparing work program and budget approval process.
• Critical thinker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good computer skills of which relevant to support engineering works (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil and gas organization).
• Advanced English proficiency.
4. Production & Movement Supervisor (Gas)
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in engineering preferable Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations. Had experienced in oil/gas new plant start up including to develop start-up procedure, familiar with gas metering station operation including maintaining technical relationship with gas buyer, understanding gas sales agreement terminology & its applicability, familiar with maintenance & operational gas dehydration unit, CO2 removal plant, operational/control & maintenance gas compressors. Offshore field experienced will be advantage. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in gas & condensate processing, maintenance, & safety.
• Hands-on experience in flow assurance and custody transfer.
• Experienced in operating various vessel for gas & condensate processing equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulation and GOI Standard related to production operations activities.
• Strong first line leadership skill.
• Excellent technical problem solving, communication and coordination skill.
• Excellent data analysis skill.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Technical Operation System).
• Excellent proficiency in English.
5. Production Supervisor (Oil)
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in engineering preferable Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations. Had experienced in oil/gas plant start up including to develop start-up procedure, familiar with maintenance & operational gas dehydration unit, CO2 removal plant, operational/control & maintenance gas compressors. Offshore field experienced will be advantage. Offshore operation experience will be an advantage, strong leadership. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in supervising production operations, processing facilities maintenance, & safety.
• Experienced in start-up, operation, monitoring and troubleshooting of ESP and SRP wells.
• Excellent knowledge of plant design and production optimization.
• Strong first line leadership skill.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulation and GOI Standard related to production operations activities.
• Excellent technical problem solving, communication and coordination skill.
• Excellent data analysis skill.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Technical Operation System).
• Excellent proficiency in English.
6. Hydrocarbon Test & Transportation Supervisor
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in engineering preferable Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in supervising crude oil & diesel lifting and transfer.
• Hands-on experience in supervising oil sampling and testing.
• Knowledgeable in hydrocarbon metering system and calibration
• Strong first line leadership skill.
• Excellent technical problem solving, communication and coordination skill.
• Excellent data analysis skill.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulation and GOI Standard related to Hydrocarbon Test & Transportation operations activities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Technical Operation System).
• Excellent proficiency in English.
7. Laboratory & Corrosion Supervisor
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in engineering preferable Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in supervising & conducting laboratory testing.
• Hands-on experience in supervising corrosion management
• In depth knowledge of corrosion damage mechanisms and failure investigations.
• Hand-on experience in testing and evaluation of oil field chemicals.
• Strong first line leadership skill.
• Excellent technical problem solving, communication and coordination skill.
• Excellent data analysis skill.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulation and GOI Standard related to Lab & Corrosion activities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Technical Operation System).

8. Marine Operation Supervisor
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in engineering graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in supervising marine operations and marine facilities maintenance for Oil and Gas companies.
• In-depth knowledge of International Ship and Portal Facility Security (ISPS) code.
• Understand oil and LPG loading and cargo system.
• Strong first line leadership skill.
• Excellent technical problem solving, communication and coordination skill.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulation and GOI Standard related to marine operations activities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Technical Operation System).
• Excellent proficiency in English.
9. Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor
Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering graduate (preferable Mechanical Engineering) or State Polytechnic graduate in Heavy Equipment Operations & Maintenance for infrastructure construction with 5-7 years of experience in managing, operating, and maintaining heavy equipment. Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in planning, supervising, maintaining, and operating heavy equipment including but not limited to Mobile Crane, Backhoe Loader, Dozer/Wheel Loader, Grader, Fork Lift, Excavator.
• Has valid Migas Certification for Heavy Equipment Operator will be advantage.
• Excellent leadership skill.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Possess a good work ethic, values and can do attitude.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applied Oil & Gas Operation System).
• English literate.
