IRC223395 - Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) EXPERT
At Eni, we are looking for an Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) EXPERT within Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co. in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for following-up of Sinai fields ESP performance in cooperation with PTB Petroleum Engineering Dept, planning and implementation of production optimization actions and proposals for rigless troubleshooting activities.
As a member of the well area team at Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co. you will be responsible for :
• Resourcing to be inserted in the Petroleum Eng. Dept. Structure (which includes Artificial Lift, Oil Production Facilities, Reservoir, Geology and Chemistry teams)
• Rooting cause failure analysis follow up with ESP contractors and in cooperation with PTB Petroleum Engineering Dept.
• ESP well commissioning Planning, Executing and Follow up, especially for new well and high performer worked over wells
• ESP design for NEW and Worked over wells, in cooperation with PTB Petroleum Engineering Dept.,
• Liaising with WOP department to ensure that the new drilled wells and worked over wells meet the requirements to install the ESP down hole equipment and other components.
• Providing ESP failure, run life and performance statistical analysis to OPS and General manager.
• Database management
• Eni ALCE database uploading in cooperation with PTB and IEOC WOP dept
• Monthly meeting with ESP contractors (performance review of the installed ESPs and optimization actions)
• CONTRACTS management (tender phase, purchase order, invoices review and approval on SAP)
• Active role in the extension phase of Real Monitoring system at full field scale, in cooperation with PTB Maintenance team.
• Actions - achieving the most efficient flow rate in safe ESP wells operating conditions.
• In view of the increasing number of SR installation (brown field characterized by reservoir depletion and increasing wells scales and sand production issues), the resource should be actively involved in the review of SR performance and optimization, nevertheless in the workflow related to the best artificial lift solution to be applied.
• New artificial lift technology identification and application

• Fluent knowledge of English
• intermediate knowledge of the specific Country language is preferred
• Experience with Artificial Lift involved also in Sucker Rod (SP) and new technology required
