ARTIFICIAL LIFT FIELD SPECIALIST
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and hard-working individual to join our team in Nisku, Alberta. The Artificial Lift Field Specialist is accountable for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to Customers. The AL Field Specialist is responsible for the installation and removal of Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), as well as the start-up and troubleshooting of ESPs. They identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery. Responsibilities
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by participating in audits, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) initiatives.
• Wear personal protective equipment and observe HSEQ policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications and Experience
• College Diploma or University Degree; equivalent experience including oilfield and military experience will be considered.
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous oilfield experience is desirable.
• Previous experience installing and troubleshooting ESP pumps is preferred.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
