As a Field Specialist, you will be the key interface between our on-site teams and the client. You will work technically and professionally to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained and started properly. By making innovative contributions to our future, you'll help create reliable, high-quality support for our customers.
Artificial Lift Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a team and attending pre-job planning meetings, prepares for and supervises the technical service.
• Acting as on-site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and account managers.
• Completing all job documentation.
• Conducting a worksite review and debriefing the internal team.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment including DownholeMonitoring Tools in order to maximise well productivity and ESP run-life.
• Sets up and starts Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s.
• Providing on-job training to team members.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree or (Diploma with at least 5 years of experience)
Have Three years of Artificial lift with ESP experience
• Have a surface ESP equipment experience
• Have a sub-surface ESP Equipment (Y-Tool, POD and standard ESP)
• Have experience in Power cable splice
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
• Be able to work away from home for extended periods of time

• Candidate must pass a fit for duty evaluation. Frequent travel is required and the position is rotational either: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off. Rotational schedule can be irregular during times of high activity.
