1. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Finance & Accounting
Key Accountabilities :
• Corporate report analysis
• Support invoice processing
• Support month end accounting closing processes
• Support budgeting processes
• Support reporting processes
• Projects as required
Qualification :
• Hold Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economy Management
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Expected to have basic accounting and finance
• Expected to have critical thinking and attention to details
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Willing to learn and proactive
2. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – SCM Material Management (Balikpapan)
Key Accountabilities :
• Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities
• Assist Material Management activities
• Support supply chain management practice in the working field.
• Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.
Qualification :
• Hold Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, IT, Science or other relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Strong interest to grow a career in a supply chain environment
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Tech savvy in data mining, data analysis, and product and/or graphic design is a plus
• Self-starter, learning agility and driving for actions and results

3. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Operations Engineering
Key Accountabilities :
• Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:
• Instrumentation and Control System
• Metering System
• Fire and Gas System
• Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting
• Provide support for Operations day to day activities
• Operations projects as required
Qualification :
• Hold Bachelors degree in Physics Engineering or any Engineering relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a team and independently

4. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Exploration
Key Accountabilities :
• Perform the technical support for the prospect generation & maturation process.
• Provide G&G technical support for the drilling preparation
• Provide support for New Venture activities
• Assist Exploration team in any relevant meeting preparation and follow up process (both internal and external meetings)
• Liaise with DDM team for the G&G data management QA/QC
Qualification :
• Hold Bachelors degree in Geology or Geophysics major
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Basic skill in some G&G software application is preferable
• Expected to have critical thinking and attention to details

5. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Business Process Improvement and Risk Management
Key Accountabilities :
• Review existing policies and procedures within Mubadala Energy Indonesia
• Identify potential improvements across procedure, departments, and functions.
• Provide support for risk management activities including risk review, actions tracking, and reporting.
• Provide support for management programs and projects such as mini i-Save, etc
• Provide support for audit activities.
Qualification :
• Hold Bachelors degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. Other Engineering or Management major are welcome.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Active in organization activities is a must
• Good critical thinking and attention to details
• Good in communication and public speaking

6. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Human Capital
Key Accountabilities :
• Support in HC Operation tasks

• Support tender and contract administration
• Support in formalities activities
• Assist in Work Life Effectiveness Program
• Assist in Learning and Development activities

7. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Business Support (Balikpapan)
Key Accountabilities :
• Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration, goods and documents handling, support conducting events or meetings and land transportation as scope of work.
• Assist BROF to provide supports to all functions that need local supports, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.
• Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.
• Assist BROF to improve business process as required.
• Assist BROF related to offshore operations and other projects.
• Maintain business support running properly.
Qualification :
• Hold Diploma (D3) degree preferable in Management, Finance/Accounting, Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other relevant major
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate MS Visio, Photoshop or MS Project is a plus

Key Accountabilities :

• Create and produce articles in bilingual and corporate internal magazine semesterly, including publication in SharePoint.
• Prepare publication schedule including initial concept and content.
• Support the engagement with local media/journalists, including supporting the joint program of SKK Migas – Production Sharing Company related to Media Relations.
• Support and involve in CSR activities
Qualification :
• Hold Bachelors degree in Communications, International Relations, or Sociology.
