SUPERVISOR WELL SERVICE E-LINE
Job Purpose:
Supervisor, Well Operations (On-rig and Off-rig) is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all rig-related operations (i.e. well completion, workover) and Well services activities (Slickline, Well testing, Wellhead maintenance, Coiled tubing), and ensuring that technical and economic justifications are always applied. The jobholder supports field operations, as and when required; and ensures that the operations under his/her responsibility are carried out in accordance with GHBR's regulations, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
• At least 10 years experience in well services related activities (Slickline, Logging, Well Integrity, Well testing, Stimulation, Coiled Tubing, etc.) and Field exposure in Desert operation at least 5 years.
• Extensive knowledge of Well services operations (Slickline, E-line, Coiled tubing) Equipment, Technology and Workflows.
• Knowledge of wells (completion) and workovers equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment requests and
mobilization process.
• Ability to make operational decisions based on analytical problem solving.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commitment and passion for managing HSE.
• Mechanical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English, Arabic compulsory, good communication skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook).
• Hold valid IWCF level 4 certificate.
