Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) Technician
Role Description:
Advantage Lift Solutions is seeking an Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in West, TX. As an ESP Technician, the candidate will install, repair, and maintain ESP systems and equipment, including motors, seals, tubing, and pumps. They will also troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. The candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in ESP installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical and electrical background
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
•Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skils
•Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently or as part ofa team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid CDL and/or driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
