Technical Leader - Artificial Lift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To manage, interpret, technically analyze and integrate parameters associated with Artificially Lifted wells (office based role)

• Manage various works in and around Artificial Lift methods

• Work closely with wells, production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production surveillance and artificial lift data.

• To write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review.

• Compliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approve.

• Database management using SharePoint other Document Control Databases.

• Work from office and lead a team of engineers functionally


Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Strong knowledge on any two artificial lift methods: Sucker rod pumping, Electrical Submersible Pumps, Gas Lift, Plunger lift, Screw Pump

• Bachelor’s and/or Master's Engineering degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering.

• 12-15 years of oil and gas experience in Upstream/ Uncon/ Artificial Lift/oil & gas production with focus on leading technical solutions.

• Field experience with installation, replacement and maintenance of Artificial Lift equipment


Desired Skills:

• Exposure to upstream oil and gas production industry & wellsite operations/ Artificial Lift techniques and Upstream Facilities Engineering activities..

• Ability to lead team of 10-15 engineers independently.

• Experience in variety of artificial lift solutions is a plus

• Good written and communication skills.
