1. Open Hole Wireline

Job Description:

The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Wireline operations to Customers. The Wireline Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work instructions and manage risk during service delivery. The position reports to the PSD Manager.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work instructions, and manage risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Plan, prepare and execute service delivery to the customer.

• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.

• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.

• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

• Maintain the required safety training.

• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree and qualification level: Bachelors in Science degree

• Years of specific experience in Wireline operations: 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong HSE skills and customer service skills.

• Fluency in English.


2. Wireline Operator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.

• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.

• Ensure individual and crew work safety.

• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.

• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

• Maintain the required safety training.


Minimum Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• 5+ years wireline experience

• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite of Products

• Newfoundland residence required.

• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the Newfoundland, without sponsorship.


3. Wireline Performance Live Engineer

The WL Performance Live Engineer is responsible for delivering high quality services to clients from a Remote Operations Center. They coach trainees at the wellsite and supervise Operators at the wellsite & provide direction as necessary. They have comprehensive oversight of risk management and ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.


Roles and Responsabilities:

• Participates in all job briefs.

• Captures data from the field in the business system.

• Manages any deviation from the job program through proper Management of Change.

• Manages any incidents by properly reporting it and escalating it.

• Completes all job deliverables accurately and timely.

• Participates in all Job reviews and job debriefs.

• Prepares the Job invoice with applicable supporting documentation.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors in Engineering.

• Wireline Field Engineer 5-8 years of field experience, Logging an Geology experience Min 3 Years, Logistics or managerial position is a plus min 2 years.

• Knowledge of specific systems Maxwell, SimpleHelp, WellBore Insigth, Quest, Maximo, FDP, SAP.

• Responsible for executing the delivery of the service / product to the customer at the job site. Responsible in Field Delivery Platform (FDP) for initiating mobilizations and demobilizations, receiving materials and equipment and creating field tickets.

• Fluent english, Spanish is a plus.
