We are hiring experienced Specialist Artificial Lift Engineering profile to be based in UAE.
Job Description:
• Analyze and optimize artificial lift systems for maximum production efficiency and minimum downtime.
• Lead artificial lift design, selection, and implementation, including ESP, gas lift, and Rod lift systems.
• Serve asa subject matter advisor in artificial lift technologies, providing guidance to UC teams.
• Support investigation and follow system failures, equipment malfunctions, and performance deviation.
• Track & benchmark artificial lift performance & costs, carry out special studies, and reports.
• Support the continuous artificial lift project life cycle improvement.
• Support the preparation of project budgets, tenders, and contracts related to artificial lift technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15 years of experience with minimum 5 years of prior Unconventional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Rigless and Well intervention practices (WCF certification desirable).
• Proficiency in Well performance modeling and optimization with main well performance software.
