Dampak sosial dari pertambangan batubara diantaranya adalah adanya konflik yang terjadi antara masyarakat dengan Perusahaan, menurunnya kualitas kesehatan masyarakat, terjadinya Perubahan pola pikir masyarakat dan terjadinya Perubahan struktur sosial di masyarakat. PT Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia adalah Konstruksi Pertambangan mencakup tambang bawah tanah tambang terbuka tambang bawah air penyemenan tambang bawah tanah ventilasi tambang dan gudang bahan peledak.

Posisi:


1. Blaster (Code: Blaster)


Job Description:

• Take explosives and fill in the explosive collection form in the explosive warehouse

• Plan a daily detonation time limit by maintaining communication on clients

• Managing the detonator and booster well

• Manage explosives, detonators and boosters correctly and safely

• Responsible for the safety of everyone who enters the designated workarea in the explosion area and is responsible for the secure area limits


Job Requirements:

• Maximum age 40 years old

• Minimum 3 years experienced as blaster

• Minimum Education High School

• Have an active KJL Cerificate

• Have active KIM or KIM return letter from the previous company Willing to be placed in Remote Area


2. Foreman Drill & Blast (FM_DB)


Job Description:

•Organizing drill and blast activities and ensuring that the site plan meetsthe achievement targets

• Ensuring that the blasting process complies with safety blasting standards

• Controlling, managing and reporting Drill Blast activities

• Understanding the Drill & Blast design related to the blasting process

• Organizing and supervising Drill and Blast activities involving theexplosives specialist, assistant explosives specialist, and blast crew

• Communicating with the client during the blasting design and blasting process


Job Requirements:

• Minimun graduated in D3

• Maximum 40 years old

• Minimum 2 Years experience as Drill & Blast position

• Fluently in English

• Certified in POP

• Certified in KJL2

• Willing to place In Remote Area


3. Supervisor Maintenance (Code: Spv_Mtc)


Job Description:

• Controlling the operation, service, and activities of equipment maintenanceprograms.

• Controlling suppliers and vendors in fulfilling production equipment requests.

• Controlling the process and techniques of troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading production equipment

• Planning schedules and methods to support equipment repair, maintenance tokeep good quality.

• Implementing verified maintenance schedules and overseeing responsible workers


Job Requirements:

• Minimum graduated in D3

• Maximum 40 years old

• Minimum 3 Years experience as Maintenance Drilling Supervisor

• Having knowledge for Troubleshooting unit Drilling especially Sandvik and Epiroc

• Willing to place in any site


4. Drill & Blast Supervisor (Code: DB_Spv)


Job Description:

• Comply with all K3 regulations that apply in drill and blast activities

• Fulfil the requirements of work safety regulations

• Creating SHE culture with employee participation in participating in work safetyprograms such as toolbox meetings, safe work practices or JSA

• Arrange and control the drill and blast activities from the Blaster, Assistant Blasterand Blast Crew

• Ensure the explosion process is in accordance with the SOP

• Communicate with clients in the process of Blasting Design and the blasting process


Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering

• Maximum 40 years old

• Minimum 3 Years experienced in Drill Blast Supervisor

• Familiar with Microsoft Office

• Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class Il is a mustHaving POP Certificate

• Understanding applications of drill and blast design

• Willing to be placed in Remote Area


5. Mechanic (Code: Mechanic Drill)


Job Description:


• Perform Engine Maintenance, troubleshooting, and unit repair

• Ensure clean and safe work area

• Making report for daily activity and log book

• Applying K3-LH procedure


Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education SMK (automotive, electrical, mechanical)

• Maximum 40 years old

• Minimum 3 years experience as a mechanic

• Preferably experienced in drilling service company or mining

services

• Experienced in handling Drilling units, MMU & ANFO

• Having BMC certification is preferred

• Willing to be placed on site


6. OSP Operator (Code: OSP_Opr)


Job Description:

• Carry out inspection of working tools

• Manufacture of oxidizer, fuel solution, emulsion, gassing agent solutionaccording with the procedure

• Operating Forklift for moving chemical material

• Do the "Housekeeping in working area


Job Requirement:

• Maximum age 40 years old

• Minimum 3 years experienced as 0SP/Plant Operator

• Minimum Education High School

• Have an Active SIO Forklift Cerificate

• Have KJLII Certificate

• Willing to be placed in Remote Area


7. OSP Supervisor (OSP_Spv)


Job Description:

• Conducting inspection of chemical manufacturing equipment

• Ensure the manufacture of oxidizer, fuel solution, emulsion, gassing agent solutionin line with the procedure

• Conducting inspection in working area

• Providing the right emulsion product to customers


Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

• Maximum 40 years old

• Familiar with Microsoft Office

• Have POP & KJL II Certificate

• Understanding Manufacture of Emulsion, oxidizer, fuel solution etc

• Willing to be placed in Remote Area


8. MMU Operator (Code: MMU_Opr)


Job Description:

• Prepare MMUJANFO Truck in a good condition for daily operation

• Operate MMU/ANFO Truck based on SOP


Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education SMA/SMK

• Maximum 35 Years Old

• Minimum 3 years experience as MMU/ANFO/EDU Truck Operator

• Preferably experienced in operate MMU (Volvo, Hino, Scania)

• Having SIO Forklift certificate from Disnaker or Minerba and SIM B2 License

• Certified KJL 2

• Willing to be placed on site


9. Operator Drilling (Code: Opr_Drill)


Job description:

• Preparing drill pipe, insert the drill pipe to the hole and pull the drill pipe

• Maintaine drilling units

• Help the rig up and rig down time

• Operating and maintaining drilling equipment

• Following all of the drilling procedure

• Applying safety protocol


Job Requirements:

• Minimun Education is High School

• Maximum 40 years old

• Minimum 3 years as an operator drilling

• Experienced in handling units Sandvik, Epiroc (Rotary, top hammer, etc)

• Having B2 License is must

• Willing to be placed on remote area
