1. Slickline Field Engineer

The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Slickline operations to Customers. The Slickline Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work instructions and manage risk during service delivery. The position reports to the PSD Manager.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work instructions, and manage risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Plan, prepare and execute service delivery to the customer.

• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.

• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.

• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

• Maintain the required safety training.

• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree and qualification level: Bachelors in Science degree

• Years of specific experience in Slickline operations: 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong HSE skills and customer service skills.

• Fluency in English.


2. Slickline Field Specialist / Supervisor

The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Slickline operations to Customers. The Slickline Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work instructions and manage risk during service delivery. The position reports to the PSD Manager.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

3. Production Engineer

The purpose of the position is to monitor production at the well level, for all its fluids and operating variables. Said data must be analyzed and monitored in accordance with Engineering techniques, with the aim of optimizing production. This position will be responsible for supervising and controlling the production and processing of oil within the field.

A successful person in this position must have communication skills to manage an adequate relationship with the client, high efficiency, good organization and attention to detail. Also, it is important that the person has solid knowledge in well production by electrosubmersible pumping.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production in the area of influence seeking to achieve objectives, maximize production potential and give early warning of production losses.

• Monitoring and analysis of production/injection and field and well level parameters (Total fluid, oil, gas and water). And you must follow the behavior of well parameters (head and bottom well pressures, frequency, current, temperature, vibration, etc.)

• Monitoring and Optimization of Field Productivity at the well level, basing them on the calculation and updating of the Well Performance Curve (IPR).

• Monitor the taking of water quality and percentage samples.

• Analyze production data to detect problems in time and develop plans or solutions in the wells in your area of activity.

• Prepare operation and production reports, daily and monthly.

• Keep monthly statistics of production losses, making the appropriate classification in accordance with the Loss Management Instructions.

• Propose improvements in production monitoring to detect unlocated losses.

• Operational Monitoring of Tower Operations, in order to anticipate actions that complement and support said activities.

• Planning and Operational Monitoring of Rigless Operations (Well stimulation, slickline work, wireline, coiled tubing, pumping, evaluation with MTU).


Qualifications and Experience:

• Petroleum Engineer, related.

• Experience of at least 5 years as an oil well Production Engineer.

• Intermediate English.

• Residence in Ecuador.
