1. Service Supervisor - Slickline

• Must be located within 1 hour drive. Will not pay for relocation

• Supervisor Level 1 starting to Level 3

• Slickline product knowledge, setting plugs, running the wire and slickline unit.

• 21 onshore 7 offshore: 40 hrs.

• Previous Supervisory, Operator exp., leading own crew, managing services and talking to clients on location

• PR: $20/hr. with daily bonuses

•Minimum 5 years of Slickline exp. with some Supervisory exp.


Under general supervision,

• leads a crew in providing the least complex slickline services in a geographic area.

• Is accountable for onsite customer satisfaction.

• Consults with customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and insures customer satisfaction.

• Reviews the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose.

• Confirms that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job.

• Performs all aspects of the job in compliance with HMS processes.

• Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, and consults with HES operations base as needed.

• Performs onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.

• Demonstrates knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities (employee’s ongoing participation in these pre and post-job processes will vary by location).

• Properly maintains assigned equipment and ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

• Interacts with third parties whose activities could negatively impact slickline job execution process to assure proper coordination.

• Trains service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise.

• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

• Conducts and documents all Halliburton HSE related activities at the well site – site assessments and risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, etc.

• Completes all well site and post-job paperwork.

• Participates in post-job review with his/her supervisor.

• Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.

• Recognizes possible sales opportunities for additional HES products and services and communicates them to appropriate HES personnel.

• Develops his/her knowledge and skills to be able to run more complex, and/or a broader range of, HES offerings.

• Develops customer service, negotiation and leadership skills.



2. Field Professional - L&P Cased Hole


Under general supervision,

• Applies knowledge of Halliburton Cased Hole Wireline Technologies to independently provide basic services and tool operation to customers at the well site.

• Applies engineering, mechanical and geological principles to articulate basic data interpretations and mechanical constructs to clients from proprietary software and learns to coach clients through various drilling and completion scenarios.

• Actively participates in the training and development of operators and Associate Field Professionals on all aspects of job.


Requirements:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cased Hole Wireline field operations required.



3. Service Specialist L&P


• Will be working in a crew. Running electric & wire line. Some supervisory exp. preferred.

• 16 hours a day – 15 days on, 6 days off


Under general supervision,

• operates surface and down hole well logging equipment, and pressure control equipment on work locations for the purpose of recording information about sub-surface geologic formations.

• Functions as service expert for a particular well logging service (i.e., Tool pusher, Memory Production Logging, Memory Caliper Service, Selective Formation Testing). Typically operates as one-person crew.

• Obtains pertinent service work information from the customer and effectively utilizes information to perform a specific well logging operation.

• Performs pre-job calculations as required.

• Rigs-up and rigs- down surface and down-hole well logging equipment including electric, nuclear, sonic, other well logging tools, and pressure control equipment.

• Assembles and operates surface and down hole well logging equipment at job site. Operates Pressure control equipment. Maintains, cleans and performs preventative maintenance on down-hole and surface well logging equipment.

• Recognizes possible sales opportunities for the Company’s other products and services and communicates information to Service Coordinator or appropriate Company staff. Communicates pre-job and on-the-job progress to customer.

• Communicates and negotiates with customer to resolve issues concerning invoicing service irregularities.

• Performs pre and post job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.

• May provide guidance and training to less experienced Service Operators and Operator Assistant staff. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.


Additional:

• Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of high school or similar education and 1 year of experience as a Service Operator-L&P, II.

• Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required in certain locations.

• Successful completion of Well Control Accreditation Program may be required (Optional).

• Successful completion of water survival training may be required.

• Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.

• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.

• Basic computer skills are required.

• Must be knowledgeable on HMS standards and guidelines for PSL personnel.

• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.


Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of exp.

• Rigging in/ Rigging out

• STEM Degree

• Within 1 hr. distance of worksite

• GC or US Citizenship

• Must be 21+ years of age
