1. Wireline Field Engineer

The WL Field Engineer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WL Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Execute service delivery to the customer.

• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.

• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

• Maintain the required safety training.

• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.

Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.

• At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated annual salary is $ 70K - $75K.

• Bachelor degree in an Engineering subject required

• 2+ years of Wireline experience

• Must be eligible and able to obtain a Transport Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card for work offshore.

• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.


2. Wireline Field Specialist

The WL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Responsible for service delivery execution.

• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

• Maintain the required safety training.

3. SOP Operator

Objetivo del cargo:

El Operador WL es responsable de entregar PSD seguro, eficiente y confiable a los clientes. El operador identifica oportunidades para mejorar la prestacion de servicios y ayuda a los equipos de campo y de mantenimiento a preparar el equipo para las operaciones.


Responsabilidades:

• Instalar y retirar herramientas y equipos especializados en el pozo utilizando el cable de wireline.

• llevar a cabo una variedad de pruebas y mediciones en el pozo para recopilar datos cruciales sobre la formacion geologica y las condiciones del pozo.

• Garantizar que los equipos esten en buen estado de funcionamiento y realizar cualquier mantenimiento necesario para asegurar su operatividad.

• Asegurese de que los entregables del trabajo sean precisos y se entreguen a tiempo.

• Participar en reuniones previas al trabajo y de Toolbox con los miembros de la tripulacion.

• Prepare el equipo para los tiempos de montaje y desmontaje.


Requerimientos:

• Estudios: Tecnico en operaciones de pozos petroleros o afines.

• Experience: Minimo 2 anos de experiencia en operaciones de Wireline en pozos petroleros. Habilidad para desplegar y operar herramientas especializadas en pozos petroleros. Conocimientos en pruebas y mediciones de pozos, mantenimiento de equipos y cumplimiento normativo. Instalacion, retiro de herramientas y equipos especializados en el pozo utilizando el cable de wireline. Estas herramientas pueden incluir sensores de presion, equipos de registro de datos, trampas de gas, entre otros.

• Ingles Basico.

• Manejo de herramientas Ofimacas.

• Disponibilidad para laborar en todo el territorio Colombiano.


4. Equipment Readiness Technician

The Equipment Readiness Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. The Equipment Readiness Technician improves the reliability of Division equipment assets and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD).

• Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs.

• Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned, generally involving noninvasive maintenance related to final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.

• Verify the status of equipment certifications and calibrations.

• Perform or assist in final function testing such as calibration, inspection, certification or verification, which may include Wireline Operational Combination Check, pressure test, measurement calibration, metrological inspection.

• Execute WOs as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System for the Division, ensuring compliance with standard work and WO data accuracy and completeness.

• Help prepare and organize required documentation related to such activities as calibrations, function tests, material certifications, inspections and, if necessary, third-party quality control and inspections.

• Prepare equipment and associated critical spares for shipment and staging to a pre-determined location or loading zone.

• Load equipment onto trucks in the absence of base or operational planning support, or the Equipment Readiness Operator or Technician.

• Adopt a continuous improvement work ethic and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in equipment readiness, CoSD, and asset utilization through maintenance processes.

• Comply with Division Technology Lifecycle Management standards and the Competency Management System.


Minimum Requirements:

• Complete technical course in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics or similar Active CFT

• Experience in Intelligent Completion systems

• Intermediary English

• Microsoft Office Suite
