As vessel and crewing agents, we provide services and support to our clients such as: Vessel Clearances, Immigration Clearances, Customs Clearances, Pilotage and assist tugs arrangement, Crew change / Sign on / Sign off / Extension, Land transfer to and fro vessel & airport, Crew and cargo transfer to and fro Singapore Anchorages, Crew and cargo transfer to and fro OPL, Meeting services arrangement, Travel arrangement Hotel/lodging accommodation, Meals arrangement, 24hours Ad‐hoc transport request (medical, dental), Provision of potable water, Provision of MGO (fuel/bunker), Skilled Manpower & Quality System.

Crystal Offshore provides Port Agency Services. We have vast experience and knowledge in local formalities and government regulations that enables us to provide timely and cost effective total husbanding services for various vessels quick mobilisation, turnaround, repair and refit.Our agency services and staff are experienced in handling: Semi-submersible Rig / Jack-up Rig / Drillships, FPSO / FSO, Tugs / AHTS / Supply Vessels, Accommodation / Work Barge, Hopper / Cutter Suction Dredgers,  Chemical / Oil Tankers.
