Posisi:
1. GEOTHECHNICAL VESSEL SURVEY REPRESENTATIVE
Job Roles:
• A senior role requiring managing and coordination of the offshore geotechnical campaign
• Act as COMPANY Geotechnical office and field representative during the execution of the campaign.
• As a b2b Superintendent/ Supervisor field representative during the execution of the campaign.
• Bringing HSSE governance and QA/QC Oversight during the campaign.
• Liaise and work with the CONTRACTORs HSS Focal Point to bring abaout Goal Zero delivery.
• Steer and direct CONTRACTOR in respect of HSSE
• To drive behavioral based HSSE program with the CONTRACTOR.
• Input to JSA's and risk assesments, advise CONTRACTOR on improvements process.
• Collate and deploy lessons learned.
• The position specifialy provides both technical, operations and HSSE expertise/ leadership to the campaign.
• Reporting to Company Lead Geothechnical Surveyor.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering related field.
• Minimum 10 year's experience in leading offshore Geotechnical Campaigns comprishing boreholes, piston cores, box cores, PCPTs including standards and advanced testing
2. LEAD PLANNING ENGINEERING
Overview:
• Managing and performing detail planning using Primavera.
• Consolidate the overall planning datas, Perform analysis, forecast, duration of completion, and cost at completion.
• Guide project team on shut down progress and priorities.
Primary Functions:
• Involved in developing/ maintaining and managing the Shutdown schedules from award to handover.
• Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the shutdown.
• Plan the manpower resource skills needed for the shutdown at various stages and track their mobilization.
• Monitor the progress of resource mobilization (manpower, equipment and vendors and subcontractors), highlighted in case of delay.
• Preparation of Manpower, staff Histogram, progress reports and S Curve and updating as applicable.
• Ensure estimation assumptions are captured and implemented and ensure shutdown is executed on budget. Highlight any major deviation from budget to the management.
• Coordinate with the Shutdown team, procurement and other internal department to ensure that schedules are met.
• Interact with vendors and subcontractors with regard to scope, mobilization and progress.
• Plan and direct the execution lead, Area coordinators/Unit coordinators and follow up on the accuracy and promptness of physical progress reporting.
• Track materials are been ordered on time, monitor their arrival. Delay in material are promptly “flagged” and ensure compensatory action taken.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Track and record the sequence of delay events and guide execution team on priorities and rectification actions as applicable.
• Monitor actual progress against baseline schedule. Liaise with shutdown manager on deviances.
• Capable to draft Contractual letters.
• Disciplined Project Management capabilities with ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
• Interact with internal departments and management with regard to mobilization, project progress, cost booking and other planning and costing related issues in accordance with established procedures.
Qualification:
• Engineering Degre in Mechanical.
• Minimum 10 years of experience Planning/ Schedulling in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Strong correspondence capability in terms of contractual letters.
• Computer literate in MS office applications.
• Hands on experience in Project Planning packages like Primavera-6.8
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of quantitative data via databases and spreadsheets
3. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER
Job Scope:
Prepare & establish detailed construction plan schedule, monitor, and coordinate all assigned modifications and projects in conjunction with project management and end user team for a wide range of tasks related to discipline scope, monitor construction activities master plan with target dates and update S-Curves for all construction activities with timely update
Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare shutdown construction schedules in micro level, monitor completion of the work carried out and forecasts activities during shutdowns.
• Able to assess and detail the job steps, resource requirement and Estimate duration & cost.
• Ability to do resource loading and levelling and project the final resource requirement.
• Carry out schedule updating, and issue various look-ahead schedules as required.
• Able to carry out delay analysis and recommend the catch-up/recovery plans.
• Able to identify and track critical path activities to achieve scheduled completion of activities.
• Must be able to produce various progress metrics and reports including S-Curve.
• Planning and system support for shutdown activities through close liaison with the Shutdown Team, Maintenance and Operations group.
• Able to identify the risk involved in each job, plan mitigation and incorporate them in the schedule.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
• Co-ordinate with vendors, Contractors, other service providers to get inputs for scheduling.
• Ability to lead scheduling team and co-ordinate activities.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management procedures.
• To work closely with HSE and Quality on related tasks such as process safety, maintaining and updating system documentation.
• Participate in modifications/projects reviews such as risk assessments, HAZOP, etc. to assure compliance to all defined standards and contribute to corrective actions.
Minimum Qualification & Requirement:
• B.Sc. Eng or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years Middle east/Gulf experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in English Language (Speak, Read, and Write)
• Minimum 3 Years working knowledge in Primavera Project Management latest version.
• 8 years’ work experience in refinery or petrochemical Oil and Gas plant in construction section out of which minimum 3 – 5 years in scheduling.
• Should have thorough hands-on experience in scheduling software Primavera P6.
• Should have working experience in SAP (PM/MM) and MS Office cover MS project tool.
• Good understanding on safety requirements and applying safe work practices during scheduling.
• Strong co-ordination & interpersonal skills.
