PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk - Didirikan pada tahun 1984, PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (“Apexindo”/”Perseroan”) merupakan satu-satunya perusahaan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang pengeboran lepas pantai dan pengeboran darat untuk industri minyak, gas, panas bumi dan coal bed methane. Dengan armada yang terdiri dari tujuh rig lepas pantai (3 jack-up dan 4 swamp barges), delapan rig darat dan satu kapal FPSO yang semuanya berkualitas tinggi dan terpelihara baik, Apexindo telah bekerja untuk berbagai klient, termasuk beberapa perusahaan energi terkemuka seperti Total E&P Indonesie, Chevron, Pertamina, VICO Indonesia, dan Santos.

We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.
We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Rig Superintendent (Swamp Barge Operation)
• Commitment and passion managing HSE
• Have 10 years of experience in the same position
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
• Have valid Ahli Pengendali Bor (APB)
• Familiar with Rig min. 2000 HP
• Knowledge of process safety related to drilling operation and proactive approach to managing HSE
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for onshore/offshore operations
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Problem solving and communication skill, think analytically
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
2. Tourpusher (Swamp Barge Operation)
• Commitment and passion managing HSE
• Have 5 years of experience in the same position
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
• Have valid Ahli Pengendali Bor (APB)
• Familiar with Rig min. 2000 HP
• Knowledge of process safety related to drilling operation and proactive approach to managing HSE
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for onshore/offshore operations
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Problem solving and communication skill, think analytically
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
3. Driller
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position and in Oil & Gas Drilling Industry
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
• Have valid Juru Bor (JB) certification
• Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for Onshore/Offshore operation
• Familiar with Rig min. 2000 HP
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
4. Electrical Supervisor
• Have 5 years of experience in the same position
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore / Offshore operation
• Have valid BOSIET certification
• Familiar with Rig min. 2000 HP
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
5. Chief Electrician
• Minimum 5 years as Chief Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 2000HP drilling rig.
• Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/ ABB/ Siemens) a plus.
• OEM training and certification considered a plus.
• Proven hands-on skills & experience in Inspection/ Maintenance / Overhaul of Drilling and Power Generation Equipment.
• Strong trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, O&M manuals and technical codes (API, ANSI, IEC etc).
• Hands on experience in the use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems, spare parts management.
• Proven Experience in planning and execution of major equipment overhauls.
• Familiar with Management of Change, Equipment Failure investigation & reporting.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance of Generators (CAT, KATO, GE), Drilling Motors (GE752), SCR Control System (GE MicroDrill, IPS, M&I)
• Hands-on experience in inspection, maintenance of Switchgear (Breakers, Fuse etc), industrial lighting, ventilation.
• Hands on experience in working with Explosion Proof Equipment (EX), industrial wiring and HVAC.
• Familiarity with the use of electrical testing tools and test procedures.
• Experience with PLC’s and automation is a plus.
• Able to prepare hand sketches and propose modifications to equipment and systems.
• Able to delegate and manage a crew of junior Maintenance Personnel
6. Chief Mechanic
• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling machinery & drilling process for onshore/offshore operation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position in Oil & Gas Drilling Industry
• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry.
