Posisi:
1. Surveyor
Qualification:
• Minimum Senior High School or Diploma
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position and 7 years experience in another position
• Familiar using surveyor tools
Job Deskripsi:
• Conduct location surveys and mapping of land or ordinates for construction purposes
• Select known reference points (benchmarks) and determine the exact locations
• Provide direction to members in placing the measuring rod in the correct position
• Ensure the accuracy of data obtained from surveys including measurements and calculations
• Recording actual data such as dimensions, and angles including north-south, east-west, and elevation coordinates
• Make a report of the survey results and provide a simple sketch or drawing as an ottachment
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster system 9 week on - 3 week off
2. Grader Operator
Qualification:
• Minimum Senior High School
• Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
• Must have a KEMNAKER SIO certificate
Job Deskripsi:
• Operate a motor grader safely and efficiently, understanding its controls and functions
• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on graders to ensure they are in good working condition
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and construction workers to ensure grading meets project requirements
• Adjust leveling techniques based on terrain and weather conditions to achieve the best results.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster system 9 week on - 3 week off
3. HVAC Technician
Qualification:
• Minimum senior high school or diploma degree (D3)
• Have work experience minimum 3 years as HVAC technician
• Understanding of advanced principles conditioning, refrigeration and heating
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
Job Deskripsi:
• Instaling heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes
• Verify system functionality, adjust settings, and calibrate controls to achieve optimal heating and cooling output and efficiency
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, faults, and problems in HVAC systems and components
• Recover, reclaim, recycle, and recharge refrigerantsaccording to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) guidelines to prevent ozone depletion and reduce environnmental impact
• Measure air temperature, humidity, and airflow rates and recommend solutions such as air filtration, ventilation upgrades, and humidity control systems to improve indoor air quality
• Optimizing energy efficiency and performance of HVAC systems to reduce energy consumption and operating costs
• Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing duct work and distribution of heated or cooled air9. Maintaining accurate records of HVAC service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, replacements, and inspections

4. Plumber
Qualifications:
• Minimum junior high school or high school / STM graduate
• Have 5 years or more experience in construction field
• Have 3 years or more experience as Plumber in EPC project
• Have attended and have a certificate of basic training in construction basics and work behavior
Job Deskripsi:
• Installin and assembling pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances to create plumbing systems for water supply, drainage, and ventilation
• Cutting, threading, bending, and joining pipes using various techniques and tools such as pipe cutters, Wrenches, soldering irons, and pipe threading machines
• Installing and connecting plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters
• Installing and connecting appliances that require plumbing connections, such as dishwashers, washing machines, garbage disposals, ice makers, and water filtration systems
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in plumbing systems and fixtures
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for leaks, equipment such as cameras, pressure gauges, and leak detection devices
• Ensure that gas piping is installed safely and complies with applicable codes and regulations to prevent gas leaks and hazards

Qualification:

Job Deskripsi:
• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming as needed to ensure a smooth and uniform finish
• Applying protective coatings such as sealants, primers, and clear finishes to surfaces to enhance durability, weather resistance, and longevity
• Cleaning and maintaining painting tools, equipment, and work areas after completing painting projects
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster system 9 week on - 3 week off
6. Scaffolder
Qualification:
• Minimum senior high school
• Have minimum 3 years experience as scaffolder in oil & gas project
• Hold certificate Scaffolder from Kemenaker / BNSP
• Working at high for construction of civil, structure, mechanical, electrical & instrument
Job Deskripsi:
• Erecting scaffolding structures according to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Ensure that scaffolding structures comply with safety regulations, standards, and best practices
• Inspect scaffolding components tor defects, damage, or signs of wear and tear before assermbly and address any safety concerns promptly
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with scaffolding operations, such as falls, collapses, or structural instability
• Inspect scaffolding structures for quality and structural integrity before use
• Ensure that scaffold components are properly fitted ,secured, and braced to with stand the loads and forces applied during construction activities
• Utilize various scaffolding assembly techniques, such as tube and fitting, system scaffold, and modular scaffold systems, depending on the requirements of the project
• Implement height safety measures to protect workers from falls and other hazards while working at elevated heights
• Coordinate scaffold erection and dismantling activities to minimize disruptions to construction activities
• Ensure that scaffold components are disassembled in the correct sequence and stored or transported to the next job site as required
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, assembly, and dismantling activities

7. HSE Officer
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma degree (D3) (preferably from engineering field)
• Have work experience 12 years or more experience in construction field
• Have work experience 3 years as HSE Officer in Oil & Gas Project
• Have a valid AK3 Migas and SMK3 certificate
• Have attended and have a certificate of training in project risk and human risk
• Have excellent leadership and supervision skills
Job Deskripsi:
• Ensure thet all workers are aware of the importance of wearing personal protective equipment
• Support and ensure safe work permits have been carried out in each item of work
Provide training to workers such as the use of fire extinguishers, P3K, emergency response, etc
• Conduct monthly inspections of tools, equipment in safe operation and PPE validity such as colour code
• Monitoring PPE stock for all employees is always sufficient
• Provide and maintain P3K and ensure that content does not expired
• Create a program to minimize B3 waste so that it is well accommodated

8. Assistant Surveyor
Qualification:
• Minimum senior high school or diploma degree (D3)
• Have 5 years or more experience in construction field
• Have minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Surveyor
• Hold certificate ISI (Ikatan Surveyor Indonesia) is prefered
• Have a good ability and have a certificate in operating total station tools and autocad programs
Job Deskripsi:
• Assisst activity site surveys and mapping of land or ordinate for construction purposes
• Help to identify reference points (bench mark) and determining the exact location
• Help to Measure the distance, direction and angle between the top to bottom points on the ground surface
• Follow the surveyor direction in placing the measurement bar as a correct position
• Inform accuracy of data obtained from surveys including measurements and calculations
• Prepare and setting up signs or stakes as a reference to the location being surveyed
• Provide markings or in-text writing as survey data and install yarn/rope if required
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster system 9 week on - 3 week off
9. Electrician
Qualification:
• Minimum senior high school or diploma degree (D3)
• Have work experience min. 3 years as Electrician
• Hold valid K3 listrik certificate issued by MIGAS / Kemenaker
• Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair knowledge.
• Familiarity with commonly-used electrical techniques, tools, and materials
Job Deskripsi:
• Installing and wiring electrical systems, circuits, and components according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical problems and malfunctions in electrícal systems and equipment
• Repairing and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure proper functioning and satety
• Upgrading existing electrical systems components to meet current building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements
