Maintenace Engineer
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role fora Maintenance Engineer at REDA Pump Company in Cairo, Egypt. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for Electrical submersible pumps ESP equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Develop Cl culture, initiatives, and improvement plans in location to improve assetusage, reliability, and COSD.
• Identify, implement, and drive Cl efforts that improve asset TAT through reducing asset quantities waiting for maintenance, down for parts, down for failure, and work-in-process.
• ldentify new opportunities and develop business cases for projects pertaining to rework/reuse of parts, service level kits, and equipment design improvements.
• Monitor adherence of projects to improve quality, reliability, and COSD.
• Support and participate in failure investigations as assigned by the Reliability and COSD.
• Participate in periodic technical audits and CAT compliance assessments, whilefollowing up on maintenance-related, remedial action plan closures.
