Hilal Al Basra is hiring ESP Supervisor for its operation based in Iraq.
Job Description:
• Coordinate ESP Operation, FSF, Power Plant, Production Section Head to finish the ESP surface equipment preparation;
• Supervise the ESP operation and service of subcontractor on-site; follow the rules of workover and make sure the ESP operations are completed successfully and smoothly;
• Troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the ESP operation and service of subcontractor on-site, follow the rules of workover and make sure the ESP operations are completed successfully and smoothly;
• Coordination: Coordinate ESP subcontractors and other subcontractors, FSF, Power Plant, Production Section Head to finish the ESP surface equipment preparation ;
• Information statistics : ESP design and sizing, installation report, commissioning report, troubleshooting report, teardown report and of the failure analysis report ;
• Familiar with ESP sizing knowledge, ESP operation optimizing, troubleshooting and analysis, analysis & recommendations of root cause of failure
• Inventory management : Check the ESP related inventory in advance based on the operation schedule
• Training, promotion of the application of new technologies
• Reports : Daily report, ESP log, monthly report, monthly or quarter KPl review,
• Complete other tasks assigned by the other Section Heads of PM.
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General):
• University degree or above, majoring in engineering, or Oil and gas related majors
• At least 6 years related experience about production engineering & ESP
• Fluent communication for writing and speaking in English
