1. General Manager at the Artificial Lift Division
Location: Cairo/Chengdu
Key Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for the department's operational management, cost control, and project implementation to ensure the completion of business indicators assigned by the company.
• According to department building requirements, complete team construction to ensure the team can fulfill the department's management and technical responsibilities.
• Proactively engage in technical exchanges and market research to understand customer needs, while providing technical support to business departments and actively expanding business.
• Actively integrate the department's technical characteristics to complete the construction of corresponding processes and service capabilities for lifting and well completion.
• Provide appropriate technical support for lifting and well completion while synchronously developing corresponding technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Education Background: Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas Field Development or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in artificial lift technology, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. Experience in international artificial lift projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in artificial lift processes, capable of designing artificial lift schemes, applying relevant software, conducting technical exchanges and scheme design and exercising technical control.
• Leadership & Team Building: Excellent team managements kills, able to inspire team potential, cultivate technical talent and establish an efficient work atmosphere.
• Communication & Coordination: Outstanding cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, ableto effectively collaborate with team members and external partners of diverse backgrounds.
• Language Ability: Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of conducting business negotiations. Candidates with a second language are preferred.
• Innovative Thinking: Possess forward-thinking capabilities with a deep understanding of the future trends in well completion technology, capable of leading technological innovation.
• Decision Making & Problem Solving: Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Compliance Awareness: Understand and comply with international and local safety, environmental protection regulations, and relevant industry standards.

2. New Market Sales Manager at the Artificial Lift Division
Location: Cairo/Chengdu
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing, researching, analyzing and evaluating new market information for artificial lift technologies both domestically and internationally, and formulating development directions and plans for new artificial lift business.
• Collaborate with the Project Department and Sales Department to conduct pre-bid feasibility analysis, conductsite surveys, and promote brands and products.
• Formulate and implement business development management measures for the artificial lift department,
• Overall management of departmental bidding projects, including inquiry and quotation, tracking and supporting key projects, and organizing economic evaluations.
• Manage service pricing, supervise post-servicequality, organize technical exchanges, maintain customer relationships, and categorize and manage technical customers.
• Implement and execute all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) tasks.
Qualifications:
• Possess good communication skills and be adaptable toglobal travel for support.
• Have strong professional technical knowledge and extensive international market and business experience.
• Be quick to respond and able to provide timely feedback.
• Demonstrate loyalty to the company and an understanding of industry characteristics.
• Exhibit outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
