Lowomgan Kerja Terbaru SKK Migas & KKKS Januari 2025

Program Rekrutmen Bersama tahun 2023 diselenggarakan atas kerjasama Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) di bawah ini, untuk mendapatkan talenta yang kompeten, berintegritas, dan berdaya juang tinggi untuk mencapai target produksi minyak 1 juta barel per hari (BOPD) dan gas 12 miliar kaki kubik per hari (BSCFD) pada 2030.

Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (disingkat: SKK Migas) adalah institusi yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 9 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengelolaan Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi.

SKK Migas bertugas melaksanakan pengelolaan kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi berdasarkan Kontrak Kerja Sama. Pembentukan lembaga ini dimaksudkan supaya pengambilan sumber daya alam minyak dan gas bumi milik negara dapat memberikan manfaat dan penerimaan yang maksimal bagi negara untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat.

Lowongan Kerja SKK Migas & KKKS

Saat ini SKK Migas & KKKS kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan di tempatkan.


Posisi:

1. HCML - Head of Marine & Lifting

Job Description :
  • Coordinate and monitor operational activities related to marine operations in all company fields. Lead pilotage of condensate and molten sulphur lifting in alignment with production schedule in compliance with company guidelines and procedures. Coordination with other Departments within the company, formalities, and regulatory to ensure that all permit related to terminal and floating facilities are active and renewed on time. Ensure timely, cost-efficient and safe lifting for all marine operations. Ensure compliance with government regulation for marine and lifting issues. If necessary/required, they will become a subject matter expert (SME) and team member for fleets / vessels operational, during initial planning (specification, proposal, bidding, etc), inspection, and operational as well.

Requirements :
  • Have minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related disciplines or graduated from maritime higher education institute with ANT-1 Certificate.
  • Have minimum 10 years working with Tandem and Ship to Ship Tanker configuration in Oil and Gas industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
  • Have minimum 8 years’ experience working on oil tanker/gas tanker as mooring master.
  • Have experience as Authority/Gatekeeper and leading oil and gas Field Marine Operations. As an expert in assessing the effectiveness of pilotage and towage procedures and practices
  • Have experience as Person in charge for piloting as well as emergency response for ship berthing / unberthing of oil / condensate with tandem mooring system (up to LR Size Tanker) and berthing / unberthing of smaller tanker with ship-to-ship system in FPSO / FSO.
  • Have experience in develop and provide input of process measurement devices and custody metering system, as well as analyze and evaluate its performance.
  • Have Experience in lead and supervise program development and implementation of all elements in HSSE Leadership & Culture.
  • Have experience in lead advanced incident investigations, perform risk analysis and monitoring also implement prevention and mitigation measures to identified risks
  • Having Marine Pilot Certificate min class 1 (Performing pilotage for ship with Length Over All (LOA) unlimited but not able to carry out deep-sea pilotage).
  • Possessing an ISPS code certificate is advantageous.
  • Great managerial and interpersonal skills, such as fostering communication, collaborating with others, assertive, quick decision, boldness, and managing conflicts.

2. HCML - Officer Payroll & Benefit

Job Description :
  • To coordinate the legal activities related to gas & condensate sales and contracts in relation to the oil & gas procurement process to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to ensure that Company is protected in all business activities by providing legal opinions, advice, and recommendations for better business decisions.

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll processing and administering employee benefits for national and expatriate employees.
  • Able to simulate the Income Tax (PPh 21) calculations.
  • Brevet A-B certification is preferable.
  • Familiar with SAP General Ledger review.
  • Having experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferable.
  • Having an awareness of PTK 018 and familiarity with the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
  • Have experience in handling internal and external audits, including preparing payroll records, benefits data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills in Excel are preferable.
  • Have knowledge in operating SAP is preferable
 
3. HCML - Lawyer

Job Description :
  • To coordinate the legal activities related to gas & condensate sales and contracts in relation to the oil & gas procurement process to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to ensure that Company is protected in all business activities by providing legal opinions, advice, and recommendations for better business decisions.

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in degree in law, master’s degree in law would be preferable
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in Legal roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Have experience in Commercial Contract Law, Disputes Resolutions, Corporate Law, and Oil & Gas procurement.
  • Have experience in engaging and coordinating with government officials/stakeholders.
  • Understand of the procurement process supply, chain management, and project management practices unique to the oil & gas industry.
  • Have knowledge of PTK-007 & a member of PERADI is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Skilled in delivering clear, concise legal opinions and advice to shareholders at all.
  • Have good interpersonal and organizational skills such as analytical, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and work in a team.
  • Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under constant pressure.
  • Having strong ability in legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
  • Have experience in managing company legal documents.
